Returns & Refund Policy

At our store, every poster is printed specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if there's a genuine issue with your order, we'll make it right.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged during shipping.

  • The product received is defective or misprinted.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The package is lost in transit and confirmed by the courier partner.

To Submit a Claim

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product.

  • Photos of the packaging.

  • An unboxing video showing the issue (strongly recommended).

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Important Note About Unboxing Videos

Unboxing videos help us verify transit-related damage and printing defects quickly.

In situations where the cause of damage cannot be verified through available evidence, we may be unable to approve a replacement or refund.


Incorrect Size Orders

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if:

  • The wrong size was selected during purchase.

  • The customer changes their mind after ordering.

If you'd like a different size, a new order will need to be placed.

Size Tolerance

Printed products and frames may have a manufacturing tolerance of up to ±0.5 inches. Such minor variations are considered normal and are not eligible for returns or refunds.


Color Variations & Printing Disclaimer

We work hard to ensure product images accurately represent the final printed artwork.

However, please note that:

  • Colors displayed on phones, tablets, and computer monitors may vary from screen to screen.

  • Digital artwork is viewed in RGB color space, while professional printing uses CMYK processes.

  • Because of these differences, slight variations in brightness, saturation, contrast, and color tone may occur in the final printed product.

These minor color differences are a normal part of professional printing and are not considered defects.


Damaged Packaging

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend:

  1. Taking photos before opening the package.

  2. Mentioning the damage to the delivery agent if possible.

  3. Recording an unboxing video.

This helps us process claims much faster.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier partner, we will provide either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund.

For significantly delayed shipments, we will investigate with the courier and work with you to find the best resolution.
