Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@passionsbysetyo.in.

As all products are printed specifically for your order, cancellations can only be accepted before production begins.

Once an order enters production, printing, packaging, or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

Non-Customized Orders

For standard products, cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not yet entered production or shipping.

Once an order has been shipped, our Returns & Refund Policy will apply.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All posters and art prints are made to order.

Orders are typically processed, printed, quality-checked, and packed within 2–4 business days before shipment.

During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders are delivered within:

5–10 business days across India

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

Please note that remote or rural locations may require additional transit time.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email and/or SMS (where applicable).

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier operational delays

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Public holidays and peak-season volumes

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, we will either:

  • Send a replacement order, or

  • Issue a full refund.
